Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Analysis: Conduct complex environmental and engineering project analyses related to subsurface contamination.
2. Competency Areas: Demonstrate field supervision, technical knowledge, and project management skills.
3. Client Communication: Manage and communicate project results, budgets, and schedules to clients and executives.
4. Business Development: Identify new clients, develop additional work, and represent the company professionally.
5. Regulatory Coordination: Coordinate with federal, state, and local regulatory agencies.
6. Data Interpretation: Manage and interpret laboratory data and peer review external risk assessments.
7. Mentoring: Mentor junior staff and participate in professional organizations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, geology, environmental science, or related discipline.
Experience:
• 7 to 15 years in environmental consulting, working on environmental projects.
Skills and Qualities:
• Experience writing comprehensive technical reports.
• Ability to develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Physical Demands:
• Comfortable working outdoors and performing fieldwork on uneven surfaces.
• Work with tools and materials for sample collections.
• Lift up to 25 lbs.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $180000.00/hr.
