    + The starting base compensation for this position is $15.78 to $30.26 hourly. The base pay range shown is a guideline for compensation and ultimate salary offered will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location.”

    The ideal candidate will have:

    + An active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license

    + Schedule Requirements: Mondays - Fridays: 12:45pm - 9pm ET

    + 2+ years of sales experience in Personal Lines Insurance (home & auto)

    + Experience selling in multiple states OR selling multiple carriers

    + Proficiency in navigating a variety of software (such as CRM, carrier platforms, agency management system, and MS Office).

    The primary duties of the Insurance Sales Agent are to:

    + Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products. Offering an array of personal lines, small commercial and life insurance products

    + Establish strong customer and community relationships to help develop additional leads and referrals

    + Maintain partnerships with insurance company representatives and underwriters
