    Job Title: Project Manager, Housing Studio

    Job Description

    We are seeking a Project Manager with a minimum of 7 years of experience to take a leadership role in our Housing Studio. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative environment on a variety of large-scale housing projects, including mixed-use, multi-family, senior housing, and affordable housing. The ideal candidate will possess strong design skills, technical knowledge, and the organizational and leadership abilities necessary to direct a multi-disciplinary project team.

    Responsibilities

    + Lead and manage all phases of design and construction projects.

    + Facilitate project activities and be accountable for schedule, budget, project deliverables, and design quality.

    + Manage client and consultant relationships effectively.

    + Clearly communicate critical milestones and project requirements to the project team.

    + Assist in proposal development for potential projects.

    + Ensure quality control of the project and maintain quality assurance of design documents.

    + Identify staff training needs and opportunities for growth, and communicate these to the Principal In-Charge.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

    + Experience in architecture, particularly in multifamily and senior living projects.

    + Strong design and technical knowledge.

    + Organizational and leadership skills to direct a multi-disciplinary project team.

    + Ability to develop strong client relationships and efficient project teams.

    + Registered Architect.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Familiarity with Adobe and Microsoft Suite programs.

    + Excellent organizational and communication skills.

    + Strong presentation abilities.

    + Devotion to the creation of dynamic, engaging designs.

    Work Environment

    The work environment offers exciting projects across various studios, including Housing, Interior, Graphics & Signage, Commercial, and International. Employees have the opportunity to work across different studios depending on workload, ensuring diverse project exposure. The office is located in a Class A space on the 18th floor of the 100 N Charles Tower in Baltimore, providing a panoramic view of the city. The recently renovated office space fosters a collaborative and dynamic work atmosphere.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $55.00/hr.
