Position/Title: Receptionist / Office Manager
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
Annual Salary Compensation: $65,000.00
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: Full-time, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist/Office Manager with at least 3 - 5 years of experience. The Receptionist/Office Manager will provide front-desk reception and office/administrative support throughout the office.
+ Previous experience working as a receptionist and office manager.
+ Greet and welcome visitors, employees, vendors with a professional demeanor.
+ Answer incoming calls, take, and relay messages accurately.
+ Maintain an organized reception area to ensure a welcoming environment.
+ Ordering office Supplies.
+ Handle inquiries, or direct individuals to the appropriate personnel.
+ Schedule and manage appointments and meetings for CEO and President.
+ Perform general clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, etc.
+ Prepare and format documents, letters, and reports as needed.
+ Assist with creating, formatting and/or proofreading marketing materials.
+ Coordinate travel arrangements.
+ Draft and distribute internal memos, announcements, or newsletters.
+ Troubleshoot office equipment issues or coordinate repairs with vendors.
+ Provide support to various departments on an as needed basis.
+ Retrieving, sorting, and handing out the mail to staff.
Requirements:
+ Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience as a receptionist / office manager.
+ Associates and/or bachelor’s degree in either Business Administration, Marketing, or Life Sciences.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
+ Strong Organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to handle confidential information.
