    Job Title: Sr. Clinical Trial Budget AnalystJob Description

     

    The Sr. Clinical Trial Budget Analyst is responsible for managing and reviewing clinical trial budgets and contracts for sponsors and Contract Research Organizations (CROs). This role involves developing internal budgets based on clinical trial protocols, preparing budget documents, and negotiating with various departments and sponsors. The analyst will facilitate clinical trial billing and ensure compliance with clinical research billing and regulatory standards.

    Responsibilities

    + Request clinical trial budgets and contracts for sponsors and CROs.

    + Review clinical trial protocols and develop internal budgets.

    + Prepare clinical trial budget documents.

    + Interface with various departments and sponsors to negotiate budgets.

    + Facilitate clinical trial billing and ensure regulatory compliance.

    + Negotiate site budgets and handle amendments for protocol changes.

    + Create internal budgets for Investigator Initiated Trials (IITs).

    + Enter budgets into Encore and manage patient recruitment and enrollment.

    + Conduct site visits and pre-screen patients.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in Oncore and clinical trial budgeting.

    + Strong negotiation skills.

    + 4 years of experience with trial budgets in an academic center or pharmaceutical company.

    + Understanding of clinical research and its various phases.

    + Knowledge of CMS, NIH, DHHS, FDA, and IRB guidelines.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.

    + Experience with clinical research billing and regulatory compliance.

    Work within a small team in a supportive environment, with plans to expand due to increased trial growth. Join a National Cancer Institute (NCI) designated cancer center focused on expanding its oncology footprint and significantly increasing its studies. The role involves engaging with cutting-edge oncology research and contributing to impactful clinical trials.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $45.67/hr.
