Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Description

Join a family-owned ag-fertilizer supply company as a Warehouse Associate, where you will play a key role in processing inventory, organizing the warehouse, and ensuring accurate records. You will work under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor and contribute to a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

+ Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment

+ Fulfill product order invoices

+ Unload material from incoming trucks

+ Load products onto delivery trucks for shipping

+ Assist with maintaining equipment, including cleaning production equipment and lines

+ Maintain a clean and safe work area

Essential Skills

+ High School diploma or equivalent

+ 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse setting

+ Strong organizational and time management skills

+ Basic math skills

+ Ability to regularly stand, sit, bend, kneel, squat, stack, lift, and walk for long periods

+ Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Familiarity with computer and inventory software preferred

+ Experience in a manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, cold, humid conditions, and dust

Work Environment

Work in a warehouse production environment where you will frequently use forklifts and engage in manual labor. The schedule is typically between 6 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 42.5 hours per week and additional overtime as needed. The environment includes exposure to various conditions such as heat, cold, humidity, and dust.

This is a Permanent position based out of El Dorado, Kansas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33280.00 - $35360.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in El Dorado,KS.
