Direct Hire: Driving Assistant / General Production Labor

Join our growing team in a hands-on role that supports warehouse operations, door installation, and delivery assistance.

Job Description

As a Driving Assistant / General Production Laborer, you will play a key role in maintaining workflow efficiency and ensuring high-quality output. Your responsibilities will include stock management, door hanging support, and delivery assistance.

Responsibilities

+ Organize and store stock, primarily trim and doors, in the warehouse

+ Operate hand and power tools, including manual routers, for door installation tasks

+ Accurately read tape measures and lift up to 75 pounds when required

+ Assist on delivery routes, helping with material drop-offs at job sites

+ Maintain a fast-paced work environment, working independently or with a small team

Essential Skills

+ Minimum 6 months of experience using hand and power tools

+ Valid driver's license

+ Ability to bring steel-toed boots, a hammer, and a tape measure on the first day

+ Strong verbal communication skills with clear and effective speech

+ Proficiency in reading tape measures

+ Experience with wood cutting, nail gun operation, wood stacking, and documentation

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $47840.00/yr.
