Welder – 1st Shift

**💼** _Job Type: Permanent - $25-30/hr_

**🕓** _Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (4x10s)_

_We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented_ **Welder** _to join our team. This role involves interpreting fabrication drawings, performing layout and fitting, and executing high-quality welds using MIG, TIG, Flux Core, and RMD processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of welding techniques, safety protocols, and a commitment to craftsmanship._

_Key Responsibilities:_

+ Interpret and apply fabrication drawings and welding instructions with precision.

+ Independently build and assemble components from blueprints.

+ Perform layout, fitting, and tack welding to ensure structural integrity.

+ Execute welding using MIG, TIG, Flux Core, and RMD processes based on material requirements.

+ Polish and finish surfaces to meet quality specifications.

+ Monitor welds for compliance with company and industry standards.

+ Operate grinders, hand/power tools, forklifts, and overhead cranes.

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

+ Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

_Required Skills & Qualifications:_

+ Proficiency in TIG welding on stainless steel and carbon steel.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings.

+ Experience with MIG, TIG, Flux Core, GTAW, GMAW, and FCAW welding techniques.

+ High school diploma or equivalent required.

+ Basic computer and math skills.

+ Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs frequently and over 100 lbs occasionally (with equipment).

+ Experience setting up weld machines and following welding procedures.

+ Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.

+ Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $60320.00/yr.
