Schedule: Monday–Friday, First Shift

•️ About the Role:

We’re looking for a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our growing team! If you have 2+ years of experience or avocational welding certificate, we want to hear from you. This is a hands-on role where your craftsmanship and attention to detail will shine.

• What You’ll Do:

+ Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and verbal instructions

+ Perform MIG welding on aluminum and steel

+ Operate shop equipment safely and efficiently

+ Collaborate with a team and work independently

+ Complete a weld test during the interview process

• What We’re Looking For:

+ Proficiency in MIG welding(aluminum & steel)

+ Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions

+ Experience with shop tools and equipment

+ Bonus: TIG welding experience (aluminum & stainless steel)

+ Bonus: Vocational welding certificate

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $29.00/hr.
