Job Title: Tool and Die Technician
Job Description
Repair, maintain, and improve all tooling and dies associated with the production of die cast parts.
Responsibilities
+ Repair and maintain tooling and dies.
+ Improve tooling and dies for enhanced production efficiency.
+ Ensure high-quality standards in die cast parts production.
Essential Skills
+ 5+ years of tooling experience, including tool repair and die repair.
+ 5+ years of experience in die casting and making.
+ Experience in a foundry is a plus.
+ Journeyman Certification is a plus.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in a foundry setting.
+ Journeyman Certification.

Work Environment
Work in a foundry environment during the 3rd shift from 10:30PM to 6:30AM, including working every other weekend. Enjoy alternating work weeks of 56 hours one week and 40 the next.

This is a Permanent position based out of Eaton Rapids, Michigan.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $73154.00 - $73154.00/yr.
3 medical plan options:
- Option one: Community Blue - small employee contribution
- Option two: Simply Blue - no employee contribution
- Option three: Simply Blue - Health & Savings Plan (HSA)
Also provide other company paid benefits such as:

This position is eligible for a signing bonus:
- $1,500 after completing 3 months (90 days)
- $1,500 after completing 6 months (180 days)
- $2,000 after completing 12 months (payroll after 1-year anniversary)
