Job Title: General Laborer

Job Description

This role involves working in a shop environment where you will be responsible for repairing modular trailers. Tasks include floor repair, window and door repair and replacement, painting, weather stripping, basic carpentry, electrical repairs, and cleaning, which is similar to cleaning an apartment.

Responsibilities

+ Repair modular trailers, including floor, window, and door repairs and replacements.

+ Perform painting, weather stripping, and basic carpentry tasks.

+ Conduct electrical repairs as needed.

+ Clean trailers thoroughly, similar to apartment cleaning.

+ Troubleshoot and install necessary components.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency with hand and power tools.

+ Experience in general labor and production.

+ Ability to perform repair and construction tasks.

+ Strong troubleshooting skills.

Work Environment

The work environment is a shop setting with a team-oriented mindset where loud music is usually playing. The team enjoys a variety of interests from sports to video games, and the shop atmosphere is lively with music genres like rock, rap, and country. The successful candidate will have retained training information by week two and must work efficiently and complete tasks in a timely manner.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
