Forklift Operator & Material Handler $17-$21/HR

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Forklift Operator and Material Handler to join our team at a large, climate-controlled distribution center. In this role, you will be responsible for building and customizing pallets of canned dry goods for shipment to grocery stores and retailers. You’ll operate a stand-up forklift and use a voice-guided headset to efficiently pick and pack orders according to client specifications.

Key Responsibilities

+ Build and prepare pallets of canned dry goods for shipment

+ Pick and pack items based on client orders

+ Operate a stand-up forklift in a fast-paced warehouse environment

+ Follow voice-directed instructions for order picking and navigation

+ Ensure accuracy and quality in pallet construction

Required Skills & Experience

+ Minimum 6 months of forklift experience, or 1 year in a high-volume warehouse

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly

+ Comfortable standing for 8–10 hours per shift

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
