    Job Title: Facilities Technician

    Job Description

    We are seeking a Facilities Technician with a foundational understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and other building maintenance components. The role involves serving as a direct customer contact, projecting a positive, friendly, and professional image, and ensuring customer satisfaction while servicing equipment on assigned projects. Responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance and service on various types of building equipment, conducting daily building inspections, and other duties as assigned.

    Responsibilities

    + Service equipment on assigned projects ensuring customer satisfaction.

    + Perform preventative maintenance and service on various types of building equipment.

    + Conduct daily building inspections.

    + Represent the company with professionalism and positive attitude.

    + Serve as a direct customer contact.

    + Other duties as assigned.

    Essential Skills

    + Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and building maintenance.

    + HVAC experience is the most important.

    + 3+ years of experience in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing skills.

    + Customer service skills.

    + Ability to lift 50 pounds.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Valid driver's license.

    + Experience in drywall and troubleshooting.

    + Preventive maintenance and facilities maintenance skills.
