    What You’ll Do

    + Install, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork

    + Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues with precision and efficiency

    + Perform system upgrades and recommend improvements to enhance performance and energy efficiency

    + Communicate clearly with homeowners to explain issues, solutions, and maintenance tips

    + Maintain detailed records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions

    + Ensure all work complies with safety protocols and local regulations

    + Represent the company with professionalism and courtesy in every client interaction

    What We’re Looking For

    + 5+ years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair

    + Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and controls

    + Familiarity with electrical systems and basic PLC control knowledge is a plus

    + Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

    + Professional appearance and strong communication skills

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

    + Physically capable of lifting heavy equipment and working in various residential settings

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $83200.00/yr.

    Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job

    classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be

     

    subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits
