Job Title: Painter
Job Description
+ This industrial painting position involves 75% prep work and 25% time spent in the booth, fully suited for spraying.
+ Painters will also assist with assembly tasks to help expedite machine completion and may be required to spray foam for certain units.
Responsibilities
+ Prepare surfaces for painting using sanding, masking, washing, and priming techniques.
+ Spray paint using HVLP equipment in a booth setting, ensuring high-quality finishes.
+ Assist in assembly tasks as needed to support machine completion.
+ Spray foam on designated units as required.
+ Troubleshoot basic equipment issues to ensure smooth operation.
Essential Skills
+ 1 year of painting and prep experience.
+ Proficiency in using epoxy, acrylic, primer, and spray techniques.
+ Experience with HVLP spray equipment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Industrial HVLP experience.
+ Leadership experience.
+ Prior assembly or mechanical experience.
+ Ability to understand prints and perform tasks such as caulking, priming, sanding, masking, and mixing paint.

Work Environment
+ Work in a large, clean facility with a team of 40 assemblers and 8 painters.
+ The paint department is located adjacent to the assembly department, fostering collaboration and efficiency.

+ This is a Contract to Hire position based out of CHENEY, Washington.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $30.00/hr.
