Job Title: Parts Clerk
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Parts Clerk specializing in endoscope repair. The Parts Clerk will be responsible for the inspection, logging, and management of incoming parts, ensuring the accuracy of deliveries and maintaining inventory levels. This role is crucial to our operations, ensuring that all parts are accounted for and available for our repair technicians.
Responsibilities
+ Inspect incoming parts for quality and accuracy against purchase orders.
+ Document and report any discrepancies or damaged parts to the appropriate department.
+ Ensure all parts meet the required specifications and standards.
+ Accurately log new parts into the computer system.
+ Maintain detailed records of all incoming parts, including quantities, descriptions, and part numbers.
+ Update inventory records and ensure data integrity.
+ Monitor inventory levels and reorder parts as necessary to maintain optimal stock levels.
+ Conduct regular inventory audits.
Essential Skills
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Previous experience in a parts clerk or inventory management role, preferably in a technical or repair environment.
+ Proficiency in computer systems and software for inventory management (e.g., SAP, MS Excel).
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Ability to use computers and work with Microsoft programs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Additional education or certification in inventory management or a related field is a plus.
+ Experience with data entry, inventory control, picking, stocking, packing, cycle counts, parts inventory, kitting, RF scanner, and RF scan gun.

Work Environment
This position operates in a warehouse environment with air conditioning, from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wellington, Florida.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
