Job Title: Carpenter Foreman

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Foreman Level Carpenter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in all aspects of carpentry and will be responsible for overseeing and managing job sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities

+ Supervise and lead carpentry crews on job sites.

+ Read and interpret blueprints with proficiency.

+ Perform various carpentry tasks, including framing, finishing, drywall finishing, trim, and repairs.

+ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

+ Maintain accurate records of project progress and report to management using computer software.

+ Collaborate with other trades and subcontractors to ensure project success.

+ Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise on job sites.

Essential Skills

+ Proven experience as a Foreman Level Carpenter.

+ Proficiency in all aspects of carpentry.

+ Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Computer proficiency for reporting and record-keeping.

+ Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Foreman Carpentry.

+ Proficiency in commercial construction, framing, finish carpentry, drywall, rough carpentry, doors, metal stud, tape measure, demolition, and concrete.

Work Environment

Work primarily in commercial construction settings. A company vehicle is provided for travel requirements, along with a $50 daily per diem. Enjoy competitive hourly pay rates ranging from $30 to $38.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of York, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
