    About the Role

     

    We’re looking for a hands-on, mechanically inclined Equipment Installer to join a growing team that builds high-value, custom spray systems inside enclosed trailers and box trucks. These mobile units—valued up to $250,000—are used in commercial spray foam applications. If you have a background in framing, construction, or mechanical installation, this is a great opportunity to apply your skills in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

    What You’ll Do

    + Install wood paneling and construct stud walls inside trailers and trucks

    + Run and terminate air, fluid, and electrical plumbing systems

    + Install aluminum flooring, trim, and ventilation components

    + Mount and secure spray equipment, generators, and compressors

    + Cut and modify aluminum paneling for intake/exhaust systems

    + Collaborate with team members on layout and design decisions

    + Use power and hand tools to customize builds based on blueprints

    + Remove and reinstall walls to accommodate customer-specified equipment

    What You Bring

    + At least 1 year of experience with mechanical installation or construction

    + Proficiency with power tools (drills, saws, etc.) and hand tools

    + Ability to read and follow blueprints and technical drawings

    + Background in carpentry, framing, or electrical work

    + Strong teamwork and communication skills

    + Willingness to work in a hands-on, sometimes messy environment

    Work Environment

     

    This role is based in a shop setting with around 20 team members. Expect a collaborative, fast-paced environment where craftsmanship and attention to detail are valued. You’ll be part of a team that takes pride in building high-performance equipment from the ground up.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
