    Jobsite Location: Lakeville, MN and Northfield, MN

     

    OT available - work up to 70 hours a week, optional!

     

    **Are you a welder looking for a fantastic opportunity in the area?** Whether you're getting into welding or have years of experience, we are a new and growing company seeking talented welders to join our team and help us produce high-quality exhaust systems for various industries including power generation, oil & gas, marine, locomotive, construction, and off-road markets.

    Job Responsibilities:

    + **MIG Welding:** Perform custom MIG welding on mild steel and stainless steel to produce exhaust systems.

    + **Assembly:** Tack weld and assemble exhausts.

    + **Blueprint Reading:** Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols.

    + **Fabrication Tasks:** Assist with tasks such as running a brake press, shear, roller, etc.

    + **Versatility:** Adapt to various tasks in the shop to aid in personal and company growth.

    Essential Skills:

    + **Welding Proficiency:** MIG welding on mild steel and stainless steel.

    + **Blueprint Interpretation:** Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols.

    + **Fabrication Experience:** Experience with welding, metal fabrication, plasma cutting, and using tape measures.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $36.00/hr.
