Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for our 1st Shift (7:00AM - 3:00PM) and 3rd Shift (11:00PM - 7:00AM). The ideal candidate will be well-rounded in mechanical and electrical skills, with basic skills and a willingness to learn and grow. The role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of production equipment, including corrugators, starch mixers, balers, shipping conveyors, dust collectors, and hydraulic/pneumatic components. Training will be provided for unique machines, making this position suitable for entry-level candidates with an A.S. degree/diploma or 1-3 years of industry experience.

Responsibilities

+ Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment.

+ Work with equipment such as corrugators, starch mixers, balers, and conveyors.

+ Handle hydraulic and pneumatic components.

+ Conduct electrical and mechanical repairs.

+ Perform preventive maintenance and PLC troubleshooting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Maintenance degree or 2-7 years of maintenance experience

+ A.S. or Technical degree in maintenance is helpful

+ Exposure to PLCs and electrical systems is beneficial

+ Possession of own tools
