    What You’ll Do:

    + Operate top-of-the-line heavy equipment: excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes, and more

    + Handle site prep, trenching, grading, and material movement with accuracy and efficiency

    + Read site plans and grade stakes like a pro

    + Perform daily equipment checks and basic maintenance

    + Work outdoors in a team that’s got your back—rain or shine

    + Keep safety first, always

    What You Bring:

    + Solid experience operating heavy equipment in excavation or construction

    + A valid driver’s license (CDL is a big plus)

    + A strong work ethic and a sharp eye for detail

    + The ability to work in all weather and terrain conditions

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.

    Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job

    classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
