    • **Job Type:** Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 7 AM - 4 PM

    Your Role & Responsibilities:

    • **Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems** in various buildings.

    • **Troubleshoot and diagnose heating, cooling, and ventilation issues** .

    • **Work on new construction and renovation projects** , ensuring industry standards are met.

    • **Maintain a safe and professional work environment** while delivering high-quality service.

    • **Collaborate with a team-oriented crew** in a fast-paced setting.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    •️ **At least 3+ years of hands-on experience** in HVAC installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

    •️ **Open to all experience levels** – Leads, Foremen, & Journeymen.

    •️ **Strong work ethic** backed by a resume representing solid tenure.

    •️ **Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation** .

    Competitive Pay Structure:

    • **Commercial Experience:**

    + **Installers (3+ years):** $26 - $31/hour

    + **Foremen:** $30 - $38/hour _(Journeyman required for higher wages)_

    • **Residential Experience:**

    + **Installers:** $24 - $29/hour

    + **Foremen/Leads:** $28 - $36/hour

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
