Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Join a dynamic blow molding facility that specializes in producing tanks and reservoirs for the automotive industry. We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician capable of troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment. This role requires a multi-craft technician with expertise in hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems, including PLC troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

+ Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.

+ Conduct preventative maintenance on machinery and systems.

+ Respond to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.

+ Diagnose and fix issues up to 480 volts.

+ Read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics and blueprints.

+ Utilize a multimeter for accurate diagnostics and repairs.

Essential Skills

+ Experience troubleshooting electrical systems up to 480 volts.

+ Proficiency in hydraulics and pneumatics troubleshooting.

+ Ability to read and interpret electrical and hydraulic prints.

+ Skill in using a multimeter for diagnostics.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Understanding of and ability to edit Ladder Logic.

+ Experience in PLC troubleshooting.

Work Environment

This position is based in a hot manufacturing environment that is not climate controlled, making it very warm during summer months. The role is available on the **2nd Shift, from 3 PM to 11 PM, with minimal overtime currently expected.**

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of **HOWE, Indiana.**

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
