Job Description
+ This role involves collaborating with and leading the contents and mitigation team to restore damaged properties and prepare for the rebuild team.
+ The position requires a skilled individual capable of handling restoration tasks efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
+ Lead the contents and mitigation team in restoration projects.
+ Restore damaged properties to their former state.
+ Prepare properties for the rebuild team.
+ Ensure high-quality workmanship in carpentry, trim, cabinets, and doors.
+ Implement cleaning and mitigation strategies.
Essential Skills
+ Finish Carpenter skills
+ Carpentry expertise
+ Experience in trim work
+ Knowledge of cabinets and doors
+ Leadership abilities
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in cleaning and janitorial tasks
+ Restoration expertise
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cleaning or restoration setting

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
