    Job Title: General Labor Production

    Job Description

    This entry-level position involves working in one of four departments, primarily as either a Feeder or Aerator. Feeders are responsible for stacking cardboard or similar materials on or off production lines. This role is repetitive and involves lifting up to 30 lbs. Aerators use pallet jacks to move materials to machines that blow air into packaging materials for tight bundling and shipment.

    Responsibilities

    + Stack cardboard or similar materials on or off production lines as a Feeder.

    + Utilize a pallet jack to move materials to machines as an Aerator.

    + Ensure packaging materials are bundled tightly for shipment.

    Essential Skills

    + General labor and production skills.

    + Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Training available for machine and production roles.

    + Opportunity to advance into forklift operation with training.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $39520.00/yr.
