    Facility Maintenance Technician Needed! (Weekly Pay)

     

    3rd shift: 10-6:30pm

     

    $20-24hr This is a 3rd shift position!!!

    Job Description

    The Facilities Technician is tasked with providing general maintenance support for assigned buildings, ensuring they remain safe, secure, and well-maintained. This role requires troubleshooting of power, HVAC systems, controls, and mechanical systems, as well as maintaining carpentry, plumbing systems, and vendor management.

    Responsibilities

    + Monitor the facility to ensure it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained.

    + Troubleshoot power, HVAC systems, controls, and mechanical systems.

    + Conduct general and preventative maintenance on carpentry and plumbing systems.

    + Manage vendor relationships and coordinate necessary repairs and services.

    + Replace lighting system bulbs and ballasts as needed.

    + Move office furniture, machinery, equipment, and other materials upon request.

    Essential Skills

    + Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

    + Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

    + Basic knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
