    Job Title: Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician

     

    Pay Range: $22-30/hr( Depending on experience)

     

    Shift: 2nd (2pm-10:30pm) or 3rd (10pm-6:30am)

    Job Description

    The Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting basic hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical, and process problems with various equipment. The role involves working on conveyor lines, injection molding presses, blow molders, and more within a highly automated system producing thousands of plastic jars per shift. Preventative and corrective maintenance is crucial to minimize line shutdowns.

    Responsibilities

    + Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical, and process problems.

    + Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance to ensure minimal line shutdowns.

    + Work on conveyor lines, injection molding presses, and blow molders.

    + Perform electrical maintenance and troubleshooting using schematics and blueprints.

    Essential Skills

    + Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience (3-5 years).

    + Experience with hydraulics and conveyors.

    + Expertise in PLC troubleshooting.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with Siemens PLC is a plus and may offer additional compensation.

    + Strong understanding of preventative maintenance procedures.

    Work Environment

     

    The position offers a choice between the 2nd or 3rd shift, averaging 45 hours per week with hours from 2pm to 10:30pm or 10pm to 6:30am. The facility is very clean, organized, and climate-controlled, providing a comfortable working environment throughout.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Little Rock, Arkansas.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
