    Description

    Minimum job responsibilities

    Assist with the management of the Preventive Maintenance program

    Schedule, perform or oversee performance of, and log electronically the completion of PM’s

    Perform work in a safe manor with proper tools & PPE

    Troubleshoot and perform repairs & maintenance to mechanical equipment

    Troubleshoot electrical and controls equipment including PLCs

    Review new equipment and manage the installation process

    Write equipment related procedures for monitoring and PMs

    Oversee projects for installations and overhauls

    Mentor associates with less experience

    Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge

    Strong problem-solving skills and technical background

    Able to read mechanical blueprints and electrical schematics

    Good understanding of Pneumatics and Hydraulics

    Good understanding of electrical safety

    Good practical understanding of AC/DC motors

    Good judgment, diplomacy, and organizational skills

    Full understanding and practical knowledge of OSHA TAGOUT/LOCKOUT procedures

The Operator is responsible for internal movement of material between production and the warehouse and operation and monitoring of compounding lines in a safe and efficient manner according to procedures. The successful applicant must be self-motivated, punctual, with manufacturing experience and multitasking skills.

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
