A Brief Overview
The Marketing Officer is responsible for the overall marketing strategies, implementation, scheduling, and analytics that need to be conducted to support the brand, the Bank's regions, and its different lines of business. Also, is responsible for the deployment of cohesive marketing plans, budget, analytics, conversion rates, and results to improve marketing initiatives’ ROI. The Officer ensures that all communication pieces are up to date, follow Bank’s brand guidelines and meet compliance and legal requirements.
What You’ll do:
Brand Strategy Management:
• Develop and execute brand strategies across multiple channels (digital, social, traditional).
• Implement and oversee brand repositioning as needed.
Long-Term Strategy Development:
• Create and manage long-term brand strategies that align with the bank's objectives.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency across all communications.
Digital and Social Strategy:
• Develop and execute digital and social strategies to enhance brand perception and engagement.
• Monitor and analyze the impact of digital channels on brand perception
Data Analysis:
• Interpret and leverage research data to guide brand strategy.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
Financial Impact:
• Understand and communicate how the brand impacts the bank's financial results.
• Develop reports and presentations on brand performance.
• Develops and completes special projects and tasks as requested by the direct supervisor or management.

Competencies:
• Highly motivated self-starter who can multi-task and respond to changing work activities with very short deadlines. Passionate about understanding consumers and developing marketing and communications programs
• High proficiency with MS Office Suite
• Demonstration of strong project management and organization skills
• Excellent English and Spanish written and oral communications skills are a must
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team – especially in complex and ambiguous work environments.
• Proven experience in managing brand strategies and repositioning
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of ownership and accuracy in all work activities
• Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships within the marketing department and business units
• Deep knowledge of digital and social strategies.
• Ability to interpret research data and apply insights to brand strategy.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and results-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
What You’ll Need:
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or Business Administration. Or the equivalent combination of Education and Experience needed to be able to perform the functions of this job.
• 3-5 years In planning, coordination, and organization of marketing communication materials, including art development, communications and advertising; ability to handle basic accounting matters.
