    You will manage and monitor Key account Customers ensuring compliance with all agreed company policies. You will also ensure that the needs of QuickSTAT customers are being satisfied consistently and that excellence in customer service is promoted throughout the organization working collaboratively with operations and sales team.

    How you create impact

    + Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their specific needs, and anticipating future

    + Identifying and implementing optimized logistics solutions to meet client needs, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution

    + Driving revenue and profit by expanding existing accounts and identifying new opportunities within the client base

    + Working closely with internal teams (operations, sales, customer service) to ensure seamless execution of client requirement

    + Monitoring account performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance client satisfaction

    + Preparing and presenting (KPIs/QBR and Investigation) reports to clients and internal teams on account performance and key metrics

    + Assisting in the onboarding of new clients and providing ongoing training on company products and services

    + Effectively addressing and resolving client issues and concerns

    + Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing accounts and within the wider industry

    What we would like you to bring

    + Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field

    + 5+ years of experience in key account management in the transportation and logistics industry

    + Experience with supply chain management, transportation, warehousing, and distribution

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective client interactions and collaboration with internal teams

    + Ability to analyze account performance and identify opportunities for improvement

    + Proven experience in negotiating contracts and close deals with key clients

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

    + Experience with sales and business development would be an asset

The base salary range for this position is between $65000.00 and $75000.00 Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Kuehne+Nagel reviews pay ranges regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay based on industry market data. #LI-Onsite
