Job Purpose & Scope
Supports all Central Fulfillment Lending Groups with all aspects of client servicing.
Essential Job Functions
+ Accepts in-bound calls from call-center or customers directly regarding various questions on the servicing of their mortgage.
+ Works with customers to update insurance policies through Escrow Dept Requests.
+ Works to explain late-charges or requests approval to waive fee per policy.
+ Uses the Bank’s origination system to develop and maintain production reporting.
+ Maintains a daily record of transactions in process, closing calendar development, funded closing report.
+ Communicates with members of Central Loan Processing, Title Companies, and Consumer Finance Group staff regarding status of loan missing documentation needed from the Loan Booking Dept. post-closing.
+ Reconciles monthly reports to lenders’ monthly application/funding results.
+ Provides a high level of customer support to ensure the Bank is meeting the customers’ needs and to maximize the customer/Bank relationship.
+ Provides administrative support to Manager.
+ Maintains good punctuality and attendance to work.
+ Follows Bank policy, procedures, and guidelines.

+ Skill in using computer and Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Basic Qualifications
+ High school diploma or equivalent required
+ Minimum of one (1) year of work experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel software required.
+ Minimum of one (1) year administrative/clerical experience required.
