    The Travel and Threat Security Program Manager, assigned to one of Pinkerton’s largest global clients, will be responsible for the strategic development and implementation of enterprise-wide travel security and threat monitoring programs. This role serves as a senior contributor within the GSOC while partnering with the Senior Manager and cross-functional leaders to enhance the organization’s security posture through proactive intelligence, advanced threat analysis, and scalable security processes.

    Responsibilities

    + Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.

    + Partner with the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Senior Manager to lead the development, rollout, and continual improvement of global travel security and mhreat Monitoring strategies.

    + Design scalable processes, procedures, training materials, and documentation to support travel security awareness and threat preparedness.

    + Serve as a key point of contact for corporate communications and other stakeholders regarding travel-related risks and advisories.

    + Oversee onboarding and integration of traveler tracking and threat monitoring tools.

    + Act as the GSOC’s primary liaison with the Intelligence and Investigations team while contributing to tactical intelligence workflows, threat prioritization models, and baseline analysis standards.

    + Produce and disseminate timely, high-quality threat intelligence products for executive and operational stakeholders.

    + Conduct initial assessments of reported threats such as violence, civil unrest, and/or natural disasters, while leveraging both internal and open-source intelligence.

    + Drive the development of GSOC capabilities in areas such as analytical writing, social media monitoring, and critical thinking.

    + Develop a site-level intelligence reporting framework in partnership with physical security and facilities stakeholders.

    + Cultivate relationships with peer companies to enable benchmarking and information sharing during high-risk events.

    + Collaborate with Global Protective Services (GPS) on processes for site-level threat reporting and incident response.

    + Support GSOC-wide adoption of enterprise case management tools,including associated training, workflow development, and reporting standards.

    + Lead onboarding of new intelligence platforms and tools, establishing GSOC protocols and best practices in partnership with team leadership.

    + Design and maintain templates and processes for incident alerts, security messaging, and escalation trees.

    + Serve as the Lead Threat Analyst for the broader GSOC team, guiding intelligence product standards and mentoring junior Analysts.

    + Contribute to strategic planning for team development, resource allocation, and operational excellence.

    + Provide subject matter expertise in critical incident response, operational planning, and intelligence program development.

    + Participate in after-hours emergency response as needed, in alignment with leadership expectations.

    + All other duties, as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree with at least three years of GSOC and/or threat or intelligence analysis experience specializing in investigations and intelligence collection.

     

    + Developed investigative and analytical skills specific to a corporate high-tech environment.

    + Effective independent judgment and decision-making ability.

    + Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

    + Able to provide protection of confidential business information and critical assets.

    + Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities and deadlines.

    + Attentive to detail and accuracy.

    + Able to analyze complex situations and recommend solutions.

    + Client orientated and results driven.

    + Serve as an effective team leader.

    + Computer skills; Google Suite.

    Working Conditions:
