    Job Description:

    Head Boys Soccer Coach

     

    Brighton High School is seeking a passionate, experienced, and dedicated individual to lead our Boys' Soccer program as Head Coach. The ideal candidate will promote a culture of excellence, integrity, and personal growth both on and off the field.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead and oversee all aspects of the boys' soccer program

    + Plan and execute training sessions, game strategies, and conditioning programs.

    + Promote a team culture rooted in respect, accountability, and sportsmanship

    + Work closely with the Athletic Director, Athletic Trainer, and School Administration

    + Select, mentor, and manage qualified assistant coaches

    + Communicate effectively with players, families, and the broader community

    Preferred Skills:

    + Prior high school, collegiate, and/or professional coaching experience is strongly preferred

    + Comprehensive understanding of soccer fundamentals, tactics, and player development

    + Strong leadership, communication, and organizatinal abilities

    + Commitment to mentoring student-athletes academically and athletically

    + Must meet all district and state coaching certification requirements
