Seasonal Floor Associate – (28–30 hours/week)
Join the team at the iconic Nintendo NY Store in Rockefeller Center and help create memorable experiences for fans of all ages!
Key Responsibilities
+ Deliver exceptional customer service to guests visiting the Nintendo NY Store.
+ Assist customers with purchases of Nintendo merchandise, games, and products.
+ Provide product demonstrations and share in-depth knowledge of Nintendo offerings.
+ Recommend products tailored to customer interests and needs.
+ Operate the cash register and support merchandise restocking and floor organization.
+ Maintain punctuality and adhere to attendance expectations.
Required Skills & Experience
+ Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a retail setting.
+ Cashier experience is required.
+ Background in video gaming or electronics retail is strongly preferred.
+ High school diploma or GED required.
+ Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
+ Familiarity with Nintendo products and gaming culture.
+ Ability to lift and move merchandise safely, including use of ladders.
+ Comfortable performing basic display maintenance and repairs.
Availability Requirements
+ Must be available to work at least 3 weekdays and have full weekend availability.
+ Blackout dates apply for Black Friday and December.
+ The store is closed on Easter, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas, and New Year’s Day.
+ Store hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
