    One of TEKsystems leading clients has an immediate need for Technical Writer onsite 5 days per week in Boca Raton, FL. The ideal candidate will have the following experience.

    Description

    1. Writing and Editing Skills

     

    Needs experience in drafting, reviewing, and editing various types of documentation. Strong writing skills are essential for creating clear, consistent, and legally sound contract language.

     

    2. Organizational and Project Management Skills

     

    Coordinating with multiple stakeholders, maintaining documentation libraries, and overseeing special projects. Requires excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively.

     

    3. Contract and Procurement Knowledge

     

    The job centers around procurement-related documentation such as purchase orders, service agreements, and vendor contracts. Understanding procurement processes, contract structure, and legal terminology is crucial.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Technical Writing, Business Administration, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.

     

    Experience: A minimum of 3 years of business or technical writing experience and working knowledge of procurement processes/documentation.

     

    Complexity: Intermediate professional level role. Works on several moderately complex, to complex document management projects as a project team member. May coach more junior staff.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
