FlexStaff is looking for a skilled Machine Maintenance Mechanic to join our client, a leading food manufacturer in the Bronx. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with flexible shifts to meet production needs. Typical hours are 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, but alternative shifts like 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM may be available.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production machinery (e.g., conveyors, mixers, ovens).

+ Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.

+ Assist with installation, upgrades, and modifications of equipment.

+ Ensure compliance with safety policies and OSHA regulations.

+ Maintain accurate maintenance records using CMMS.

+ Collaborate with production teams to optimize efficiency and product quality.

+ Respond to equipment failures during regular and off-hours.

Ideal Candidate:

+ Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a food manufacturing environment.

+ Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.

The salary range for this position is $30-$35/hour
