    Description

    Responsible for providing customer service by acknowledging the customer’s needs in a professional and friendly manner. Responsible for answering customer calls, placing customer orders, returns, product availability, back-orders, allocations, shipping, and problem resolution of inquiries related to the above. Must demonstrate a positive, proactive, professional, can-do attitude in responding to customer’s needs.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    -Process orders from the customers via the phone, email, and fax

     

    -Manage customer orders, escalations, inquires & Disputes

     

    -Resolve complex customer questions, complaints, and requests (order tracking, availability checks, late delivery notification, back-order notifications, and resolve problems related to shipments of products, returns, credits, and new orders).

     

    -Process credits, debits, and returns

     

    -Buil loyal relationships with customers by understanding and supporting their needs, following through with your commitments, and providing high-quality customer service.

     

    -Close cooperation with the sales team and warehouse operations to ensure smooth delivery of products to customers.

     

    -Meet department KPI's and metrics (order accuracy, on-time order placement, customer satisfaction score, etc.)

     

    -Actively participate in the medical device customer experience program

     

    -Performs specialty activities as outlined in the performance management objectives

     

    -Participate in ongoing product and business training

    Day to Day:

    -Inbound calls from customers - Phone Que (2-3 calls per hour)

     

    -Emails will go to SharePoint que

     

    -Order Entry - all stock items and product codes

     

    -Checking prices, responded to product questions,

     

    reviewing orders notes, credits, debits, returns.

     

    -TLC customers - working with some customers to take care of them

     

    -SAP for order entry

    Hours:

    Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

     

    Skills & Qualifications

     

    - 2+ year of customer service from an office (preferred from C&IP)

     

    - Data Entry

     

    - Basic Computer Skills

    NICE TO HAVE:

    -College Degree

     

    -Experience with SAP

     

    -Logistics

     

    -Experience with Lotus Notes

     

    -Experience working in Microsoft Office Suite

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
