    We are currently hiring a Healthcare Coordinator to join the Provider Relations Team of a growing healthcare company that is expanding into Kansas City.

    Description

    + Primary role is outbound calls to attorneys to add them to the company network.

    + This is not a sales role - the company will be a referral source for the attorney offices they partner with, so the call is about educating the attorney on the company, their patient base, and ensuring the attorney's suite of services match what the company is looking for.

    + This is focused on outreaching attorneys nationally via phone, contact forms, and email to see if they would like to join a growing national network.

    + Conversations will require high attention to detail and persistence.

    + 40 outbound calls per day + keeping track of who you've reached out to and continuing to follow up to get a response, set the discovery meeting, and collect the necessary information. Requires high degree of organization and persistence to manage responses from attorneys.

    + There are a lot of transactions (phone calls, emails, team messages) incoming and this candidate needs to be able to handle those different points and stay organized

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor's degree required

    + At least 1 year of experience as a healthcare coordinator OR healthcare admin experience that required high level thinking and analytical processing

    + Basic knowledge of behavioral health terminology

    + Basic knowledge of legal terminology and some kind of exposure to working with lawyers in some capacity

    + Strong clerical & data entry skills + computer literacy - Excel, Word, MS Office, type 50 WPM

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
