    Job Summary:

    The Technical Customer Service Rep role focuses on delivering top-notch customer service for customers. You'll be the go-to person for answering questions about warranties, technical issues, and product support. Some positions support customers in specific areas, while others help retail customers who are installing products themselves.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Respond to phone calls and emails professionally and make sure customer inquiries are handled quickly.

    + Help troubleshoot product issues and provide technical advice.

    + Manage warranty returns and make sure they follow company policies.

    + Review returned products to determine if they qualify for warranty coverage and update records in SAP and CAR systems.

    + Work closely with other teams to resolve customer issues.

    + Process product replacements or issue credits when needed.

    + Take part in ongoing training to stay up to date on product knowledge.

    + Lead training sessions for both internal teams and external customers (some travel may be required).

    + Create and maintain training materials.

    + Solve customer problems efficiently, especially through clear communication.

    + Answer product-related questions and document support interactions in Salesforce.

    + Handle other tasks as needed.

    Qualifications:

    + 6+ months experience in a call center customer service role, preferably in a technical or product support role.

    + Ability to explain product issues, warranties, and answer questions regarding product installation for homeowners.

    + Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

    + Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.

    + Familiarity with Salesforce and SAP is highly desirable.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
