• Clinic Supervisor

    TEKsystems (Victorville, CA)


    Description

    Responsible for providing leadership to clinical support staff and assisting management in optimizing clinic operations and quality of care. Will also be helping out in the call center and providing coverage there as well.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Oversee daily clinical operations and staff schedules

    + Coach, train, and evaluate staff performance

    + Monitor KPIs and report metrics to leadership

    + Provide CMA coverage as needed

    + Ensure efficient workflows and operational compliance

    Requirements:

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Graduate of an accredited MA program

    + CMA certification (within 60 days of hire)

    + 3 years MA experience; 1 year in a leadership role

    + BLS certification (within 60 days of hire)

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office

    + Valid CA driver’s license and auto insurance

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $34.77/hr.
