Job Description

+ To manage critical mortgage loan documents while also ensuring their accuracy, quality, and integrity.

+ Adhere to safeguarding of information; retrieval of data/documents effectively; company and investor document lifecycle procedures; company and investor records retention regulations and requirements; and compliance with federal, state and company regulations.

+ Work under direct supervision. Process lien releases and paid in full mortgage loans. Participates in basic research/review with narrow scope.

+ Monitor and respond to various queues/queries via email and/or phone.

+ Format reports for document release requests for efficient retrieval. Update database for outgoing documents.

+ Reroute requests to appropriate business unit when necessary

+ Resolve escalated member issues and problems such as a third party requesting a copy of a paid in full mortgage loan documentation requiring validation it was recorded by the county and verifying the member provided permission for the release - Basic research/review

+ Reconcile transmittal reports to ensure loans requiring lien releases are transmitted and loans not requiring lien releases e.g., Default loans

+ Examine loans on hold, missing images, and provide necessary information prior to due dates

+ Ensure original, copy, or electronic documents are sent to member at the time of payoff during the lien release process

Skills & Qualifications

+ Basic computer proficiency is required for digital tracking

+ Proficiency in Basic Excel

+ Experience in Mortgage or Legal is a plus (not required)

Experience Level

+ Minimum of 2 years in office admin / customer service roles

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.75 - $19.75/hr.
