Seeking experienced call center agents to help support a tuition benefits services company!
Description
+ Respond to employee calls about tuition assistance login issues, benefit eligibility, and documentation requirements.
+ Guide users through document audits and help resolve submission issues for tuition reimbursement.
+ Explain tuition policies clearly and support employees navigating the benefit process with accuracy and empathy.
Skills & Qualifications
+ Minimum 1 year of any customer service experience handling calls; call center preferred
+ Proficient in basic Microsoft Outlook and basic computer skills; ability to learn new systems
+ Must be able to type 35 WPM or more; testing required
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ High school diploma or equivalent required
Pay: $18.75/HR (weekly pay)
Start Date: June 30th
Hours of Operation: M-F 6am-6pm (Must be available for any 8 hour shift between these hours)
REMOTE WITH RESTRICTIONS: The 5 weeks of training is onsite in Westminster, however after training is complete and you are a good standing employee, you will be allowed to work remotely.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $18.75/hr.
