Customer Support Specialist – Medical Device Company

What You’ll Be Doing:
+ Answer inbound calls about order and shipping status
+ Make outbound calls to schedule equipment pickups and drop-offs
+ Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products, including placement, availability, pricing, and usage
+ Accurately enter customer orders into our system
+ Support additional tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly
What You Bring:
+ High school diploma or GED
+ At least 1 year of customer service or resolution experience
+ Experience handling multiple systems and phone lines
+ A warm, professional phone presence
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Background in healthcare, especially Respiratory Therapy or Nursing
+ Familiarity with home medical products and pricing
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (such as oxygen tanks)
+ Strong data entry skills and comfort learning new software

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
