    Job Summary

    Serves as relationship and implementation specialist with key participating districts and development of materials and supports for related Stay in the Game! projects. Works collaboratively with management on assigned projects.

    Responsibilities

    + In coordination with SITG! Implementation Manager and team, identifies member needs and strategizes how to ensure goals are met.

    + Works to meet or exceed agreed upon project deliverables and goals.

    + Actively collaborates with SITG! team, member districts, and partner organizations (e.g., ODEW, ESCs, etc.) on the promotion of existing tools and resources, and development of new ones for the benefit of SITG! Attendance Network and its members

    + Develops and executes project plans for assigned deliverables to ensure on time and on budget completion.

    + Facilitates sharing of best practices and designs opportunities to do so; encourages participation in network programming and acts as a liaison between assigned member districts and SITG!

    + Actively manages and analyzes Network related data and participates with the SITG! team in identifying next step actions for continuous improvement.

    + Assumes responsibility for personal professional growth and development, keeping current in educational literature, research, and techniques.

    Key Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in education or relevant field; two years+ experience leading projects and teaching and/or providing educational coaching or student support in public school district environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

    + Knowledge of current education trends and issues of attendance, student and family/caregiver engagement, curriculum and instruction, and school district challenges, particularly in Ohio.

    + Experience building relationships and providing technical support to teachers and school/district leaders.

    + Experience in adult learning and training/learning session development and delivery.

    + Knowledge and experience in using student attendance data to identify root causes and potential solutions/interventions at the classroom, building or district level.

    + Experience as a presenter and facilitator.

    + Effective communication skills and exceptional interpersonal, organizational, motivational, and problem-solving skills.

    + Some travel to support member districts in their SITG! implementation.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Direct experience leading attendance efforts at the building or district level in Ohio.
