Jabil is seeking a Marketing Specialist in St. Petersburg, Fl. The Marketing Specialist will be a part of the Jabil Regulated Industries Team.

How will you make an impact? As a Marketing Specialist with the Jabil Regulated Industries team, you will partner closely with stakeholders across the Jabil Regulated business divisions to execute marketing plans that support business objectives. Preference for experience within a B2B product or service category that has complex, long sales cycles built on relevant solution and end-market expertise.

What will you do?

Marketing Content Creation & Implementation

+ Work with marketing leaders, write and create marketing materials using agreed marketing messaging – including sales materials, public relations materials, blogs, web copy, social media and online ads, video scripts, executive bios, etc.

+ Work with external resources if/as required - agencies, copywriters, graphic designers, etc.

+ Manage and coordinate video and photography shoots, oversee approval process and handle asset management

+ Manage and optimize online content and marketing campaigns

+ Ensure content is high-quality, effective, targeted, and integrated across all channels (web, social, PR, paid media, etc.)

Sales Support & Enablement

+ Create and execute account-based marketing and lead generation plans that directly support sales and business goals

+ Provide on-going ad hoc sales support and enablement by keeping priority sales tools current and relevant to the end-market – including presentations, customer proposals, site visits, and related content to support the sales process

+ Work with divisional sales teams to vet and manage leads from Jabil.com

Tradeshow / Event Management and Speaker Placement

+ Research and evaluate industry event/tradeshows and associated speaker placement opportunities to reach Jabil’s targeted audiences

+ Write speakers and award submissions to external organizations

+ Manage annual calendar of events across Jabil Regulated Industry segment including customer experience, event logistics and management, content development, etc.

+ Manage event logistics for internal leadership meetings and training

Project & Campaign Management & Measurement:

+ Develop and manage detailed project plans that deliver tactics and communications on time and on budget

+ Successfully prioritize and manage multiple projects across multiple business divisions

+ Develop multi-channel metrics and regular reports/dashboards that track and analyze KPIs

+ Analyze and benchmark metrics to understand successes and provide recommendations for improvement

How will you get here?

Education:

+ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent type of degree.

Experience:

+ At least 2 years of experience with a strong content development background with proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar related role.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

+ Experience developing and implementing fully integrated marketing plans and communications programs

+ Experience managing creative teams and external vendors

+ Strategic thinker and clear communicator

+ Very strong project management skills with proven methods

+ Ability to matrix manage many, diverse, complex projects and tasks simultaneously

+ Computer literacy (e.g., strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

+ Experience with generative/other AI tools and processes that can support efficiencies within marketing teams

+ Software experience required (CRM, CMS, Program Management etc.) for both Sales and Marketing related functions and support. This includes, but not limited to, pipeline reporting, campaign reporting, lead management, marketing automation and communication.

+ Experience in supporting marketing programs at a global level preferred.
