    CTG is seeking to fill a PeopleSoft SCM Business Systems Analyst (BSA) opening for our client in San Diego, CA.

     

    **Location:** San Diego, CA

    **Duration:** 2 years

    Duties:

    CTG is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive PeopleSoft Supply Chain Management (SCM) Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support and enhance our PeopleSoft SCM applications in a healthcare environment. This role will bridge the gap between clinical supply chain operations and IT, helping optimize systems and processes that directly support patient care, inventory control, procurement, and vendor management.

    Key Responsibilities include:

    + Collaborating with supply chain, procurement, and materials management teams to gather business requirements, analyze workflows, and recommend PeopleSoft SCM solutions.

    + Supporting core PeopleSoft SCM modules including Purchasing (PO), eProcurement, Inventory (INV), Accounts Payable (AP), Supplier Contracts, Strategic Sourcing, and Item Master Management.

    + Translating functional requirements into clear technical specifications for development teams.

    + Configuring and maintaining system setups to support streamlined and compliant supply chain workflows.

    + Supporting system testing, including test script creation, execution, and defect tracking.

    + Documenting current and future-state processes and maintaining user guides, training materials, and support documentation.

    + Monitoring integration points between PeopleSoft SCM and clinical, financial, or external vendor systems.

    + Assisting with projects related to system upgrades, enhancements, and regulatory compliance.

    Skills:

    + Strong functional knowledge of PeopleSoft SCM modules and tools.

    + Ability to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.

    + Experience configuring and maintaining PeopleSoft SCM environments.

    + Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    + Familiarity with data reporting tools and integration technologies.

    Experience:

    + 5+ years of experience as a BSA or Functional Analyst working with PeopleSoft SCM.

    + Experience with PeopleSoft SCM version 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.5x.

    + Background in healthcare supply chain operations.

    + Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

    + Preferred: Experience with clinical systems integration (e.g., Epic, Cerner), healthcare compliance (e.g., UDI, Joint Commission), and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile/Scrum).

    Education:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

     

    Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

    The expected base salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $135,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
