CTG is seeking to fill a PeopleSoft HCM Integration Developer opening for our client in San Diego, CA.
**Location:** San Diego, CA
**Duration:** 2 Years
Duties:
+ Design, develop, and support integrations between PeopleSoft HCM and third-party/internal systems.
+ Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to understand integration needs and translate them into technical solutions.
+ Utilize PeopleSoft Integration Broker, Web Services, and other middleware tools to enable seamless data exchange.
+ Develop and maintain integration specifications, technical documentation, and data mapping.
+ Support the deployment of integrations in development, test, and production environments.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and provide timely resolution to business users.
+ Monitor and optimize integration performance and reliability.
+ Ensure compliance with data security and privacy policies during integration processes.
+ Assist in upgrades, patches, and PeopleTools enhancements as they relate to integrations.
Skills:
+ Strong technical knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor.
+ Proficiency with PeopleSoft Integration Broker, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and SQR.
+ Hands-on experience with XML, SOAP/REST Web Services, and related integration technologies.
+ Familiarity with SQL and data mapping techniques.
+ Ability to translate functional requirements into scalable integration solutions.
+ Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
Experience:
+ 5+ years of experience working as a PeopleSoft HCM Developer with a focus on integrations.
+ Proven track record of designing and implementing successful PeopleSoft HCM integrations.
+ Experience working with PeopleSoft HCM version 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.5x.
+ Experience in cross-functional team collaboration and Agile/hybrid Agile project environments.
+ Exposure to other HRIS platforms such as Workday or SuccessFactors is a plus.
Education:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $135,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
