Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Residential Window Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has experience installing a variety of window types and is comfortable working as part of a crew. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to high-quality work and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Install residential windows, including measuring openings, removing old windows, and ensuring proper fit and finish.

+ Seal and insulate around window openings to ensure energy efficiency.

+ Use a brake to bend aluminum or other materials for window wraps and custom trims.

+ Follow blueprints, specifications, and manufacturer instructions.

+ Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.

+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

+ Communicate with customers professionally and respectfully.

+ Work in various weather conditions and at heights when necessary.

Requirements:

+ Proven experience as a window installer or in a similar construction trade.

+ Proficiency in using a brake to bend and shape metal for window and door trims.

+ Familiarity with different window types and installation techniques.

+ Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.

+ Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work on ladders or scaffolding.

+ Reliable transportation to and from the office daily.

+ Valid driver’s license is a plus.

+ Strong work ethic and punctuality.

+ Basic math and measurement skills.

+ Experience with siding or general carpentry a plus.
