Required Education/Experience

+ Master's Degree Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering and a minimum of 3 years of IT experience

+ Bachelor's Degree Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering and a minimum of 5 years of IT experience

+ Associate's Degree Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering and a minimum of 7 years of IT experience

+ High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of 10 years of IT experience

Relevant Work Experience

+ Solid knowledge of AI technologies, especially GenAI, AI Agents, and AI tools, required.

+ Extensive knowledge of generative AI technologies and their applications in software development, required.

+ Strong experience in leveraging generalized AI tools, including large language models (LLMs), for various enterprise tasks, required.

+ Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, delivering innovative solutions, required.

+ Proven experience in creating and implementing training programs, workshops, or user education initiatives, required.

+ Proficiency in data analytics tools, such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar, to monitor and summarize adoption trends, required.

+ Capability to work with cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders, required.

+ Extensive demonstrated experience managing and influencing diverse workgroups and project teams, required.

+ Ability to apply cyber security principles to IT projects, required.
