Required Education/Experience
+ Master's Degree Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering and a minimum of 3 years of IT experience or
+ Bachelor's Degree Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering and a minimum of 5 years of IT experience or
+ Associate's Degree Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering and a minimum of 7 years of IT experience or
+ High School Diploma/GED a minimum of 10 years of IT experience
Relevant Work Experience
+ Expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, required.
+ Extensive experience in designing and implementing enterprise ServiceNow solutions, required.
+ Experience in designing ServiceNow environments that are scalable, secure, and integrated within complex enterprise settings, required.
+ Experience in overseeing ServiceNow technical teams or projects, required.
+ Proven experience to collaborate with and oversee third-party vendors and integrators, required.
+ Rapidly absorbs new technical information and applies it effectively, required.
+ Strong hands-on experience in troubleshooting ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, and ITAM database structures, data management, and process enhancement, required.

+ Ability to build strong customer relationships
+ Excellent collaboration and team building skills
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Possesses strong technical aptitude
+ Well organized, detail oriented and flexible to handle multiple assignments
Licenses and Certifications
+ Driver's License Required

+ Sit or stand to use a keyboard, mouse, and computer for the duration of the workday
+ Possess manual dexterity and the ability to use hands for the duration of the workday

Additional Physical Demands
+ Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.
